Established in 1939, Ken Hunter and Chris Grossmueller
have been providing service in north-western Ontario and
central Canada for over 20 years in the wheel repair industry at our Winnipeg Wheel Works location.
From there we established Regina Wheel Works in 1999 where Gord Leach runs the show; and Saskatoon Wheel Works in 2004 run by Dave Chivers.
We
have the ability to repair wheels to new condition taking
care of structural integrity. We machine the wheel to meet
the original OEM specifications. From there you have the
option of original paint, custom paint or polishing that
even the most discerning eye would approve of.
All of our work is done with precision
craftsmanship by certified technicians using state-of-the-art
equipment. We provide services
in wheel straightening, welding, refinishing, painting,
polishing and special custom work in wheel widening and
wheel narrowing.
We are industry leaders in wheel repair
and restoration. We are approved and recommended by insurance
companies, body shops and dealerships. We have drafted quality
control guidelines for Manitoba Public Insurance, Saskatchewan
Government Insurance and the Independent Insurance Brokers
in wheel repair and restoration. Quality and safety is our
